You agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and the Agreement will apply to any upgrades. Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. Description of Service
We provide Northern Lights forecast and platform via hello aurora website and application (the "Site") to users ("users" or "you").
Hello aurora service provide both free-of-charge service and for a fee (also refers as "Pro subscription plan”). If you use the service for a free of charge you only have access to a certain amount of features. Hello aurora offers you a more extensive range of features on the “Pro subscription plan”.
If you choose to pay for the subscription plan the subscription period starts immediately after the first subscription payment is processed. By activating the subscription plan your subscription will be renewed automatically. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, please consult the instructions on App Store or Google Play Store pages.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Your Account
Some of our Services requires an account, by creating an account with us, you agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policies, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account and keep the information current. By creating an account with us and use our Service and Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You must not have your previous account disable or remove by us due to the breach of our policies;

And if we become aware that one user has repeatedly infringed copyrights, we will take reasonable steps within our power to terminated the user’s account.
